1. About SpeyAI
SpeyAI is a governance and orchestration layer for autonomous AI agents: defined roles, a chain of command, and gates built into the architecture that control what agents can touch, what they spend, who approves, what ships, and what gets logged. SpeyAI is delivered as self-hosted software that customers run within their own infrastructure, including through white-label distribution by a value-added reseller (“VAR”) partner. The Site is provided for informational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Website use
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site; or (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site.
3. Software license and commercial terms
Use of the SpeyAI software is governed by the separate license or subscription agreement between you (or your organization) and H2 Consulting Group or its authorized VAR partner. Where those commercial terms conflict with these website Terms, the commercial terms control for the software. Confirm the relationship between the website Terms and the VAR / customer master agreement with legal, including who the customer contracts with.
4. Your data and deployments
Because SpeyAI is self-hosted, the data processed by a SpeyAI deployment stays within the customer’s own environment. H2 Consulting Group does not host customer instances and does not take custody of, access, or process customer operational data through the Site. You retain all rights to your own content and data. We do not use your data to train AI models.
5. AI-generated content
SpeyAI orchestrates AI agents that generate content and take actions within the gates you configure. AI-generated outputs are tools to assist your workflow, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs and for configuring the governance gates appropriately. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual property
SpeyAI, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by H2 Consulting Group and protected by intellectual property laws. These website Terms grant no license to the software; software rights are granted only under the applicable commercial agreement. The white-label brand skin licensed to a VAR partner does not transfer ownership of the SpeyAI platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Site. Software liability caps live in the commercial agreement, not here. Confirm with legal that the Site-only cap language is appropriate and non-conflicting.
8. Third-party services
SpeyAI runs on AI models provided by Anthropic (Claude) across multiple transports. Your use of any third-party model provider through a SpeyAI deployment is subject to that provider’s terms, which you configure and accept in your own environment.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas.
