This policy explains what the SpeyAI Skills store collects and how it is used. A skill runs inside your own AI tools; your source material stays with you, and SpeyAI never sees it.

What we collect

To take and deliver an order we collect:

• Your name and email address, so we can deliver your order and receipt.
• Your role, if you choose to give it at checkout.
• Your communication preference (whether you opted in to updates).

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe's embedded form and are processed by Stripe; the store never receives or stores your card number.

How we use it

• To deliver your order and send your receipt and download link.
• To reach you about your order and, if you opted in, about updates.
• To meet legal and tax obligations tied to the sale.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store (payment and email delivery), under their own confidentiality terms.

Your rights

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Opt out of any non-transactional communications.
