What you are buying

A SpeyAI skill is a governed deliverable: a method, its templates, a checklist, a verification recipe, and a load guide, packaged so you can load it into an AI assistant you already pay for and run it. You are buying a license to use these files, described below.

Your license

When you buy a skill, a pack, or a bundle, you get a single-user license to keep and use it. That means you may:

• Use it in your own work and inside your own AI tools, as much as you like.
• Use it for your clients' work, as the practitioner running it.
• Keep your copy. It is yours, and it does not expire.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the files, in whole or in part.
• Share your copy outside your organization.
• Repackage a skill into a competing product.

Each delivered file is watermarked to the buyer. This is not a lock; it does not stop you from using the files anywhere you work. It means a leaked copy can be traced back to the account it came from.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. That link is your permanent re-download: skills stay maintained and re-certified as the platforms change, and you come back to the same link for the current version.

Certification and what it means

Each skill is run to a senior-grade result and certified for the platforms named on its page before it ships. Certification means the method loads and runs and checks its own output. It is not a guarantee of a specific business outcome, which depends on the material you bring and the judgment you apply.

Offers and referrals

From time to time we run launch offers and a referral program. A few plain rules govern them:

• The founding offer is launch-only and ends when the launch window closes.
• One discount per order. Discount codes do not combine, so a referral discount and a founding discount cannot stack on the same purchase.
• Referral rewards are earned and granted on completed, non-refunded orders. A refunded order does not count toward a referrer's reward.

Refunds

Because a skill is delivered instantly and is yours to keep the moment you download it, sales are final. If a skill does not load or does not work as described on your certified platform, write us and we will fix it or refund it. We stand behind the work.

Your data

A skill runs inside your own AI tools. Your source material stays with you; SpeyAI never sees it. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we collect your name and email to deliver your order and receipt, and your communication preference if you opt in to updates. See the privacy policy.
